Hygiene version used as standard

All substructures in the cooker are produced as standard in the hygiene version in accordance with DIN specification H 2 and feature rounded transitions from the ground to side or rear walls. Depending on cooker concept, they can be operated from one side or produced for end-to-end use. Our substructure range also includes GN slide-in units with removable grids. MENU SYSTEM supplies floor level units with winged doors or units with sliding doors of various dimensions for sealed storage. Vertical cabinets with three GN 1/1 drawers and CNS runners are also available.
